PicLab HD photo editing and collage app is the paid version only available on iOS. At this point it is not available for Android and is exclusively an iPhone and iPad app download.
The one time cost of the app is $1.99. The payment includes regular monthly updates installed to all synced iOS devices.
The PicLab HD app is rich with features and tools.
As with the original PicLab App there is an abundance of high quality typographical fonts ready to use. This can be to label, message or style the photograph. What makes it interesting is that not only can you change the usual size and colour etc., the text can curved as required.
PicLab HD App also comes with masses of artwork and effects. There is also the ability to upload artwork, so the possibilities are endless. You can build up the base image with layers using the ever updating database of artwork. Then incorporate your own to make truly unique photographs.
The layered editing is simple to use. Re-arranging artwork is a simple as tapping and dragging to the chosen position on the photograph.
PicLab HD App comes with custom light and film effects that can be applied to your photographs. This includes light leaks, textures and film grains to make the photo stunning and unique.
There are 10 filters as standard that come with PicLab HD App. The user applies these as required to the finished photograph. There purpose is to generate the finished look and feel of the photo when everything else is in place.
As this is not just a typography app it comes with quality photo adjustment features to finely tune. This includes brightness, contrast, exposure, saturation, and blur levels of the photograph.
There is a crop tool which comes with a choice of aspect ratios. So the image doesn’t need to be perfect and it is easy to select the ideal section of photograph to transform.
And finally frames. PicLab HD App comes kitted with a big choice of dynamic frames. The frames can have their colour adjusted. So these can be the perfect finishing touch to the fantastic finished photograph.
